How this is calculated

Concentration = vial peptide ÷ water added  =  10.00 mg ÷ 2.00 mL = 5.00 mg/mL.

Volume to draw = desired dose ÷ concentration  =  0.25 mg ÷ 5.00 mg/mL = 0.05 mL.

Insulin syringe units: 100 units = 1 mL, so units = mL × 100  =  5.0 units.
